Founder of the sailing and surfing school. She started with 6 surfboards in the seaside resort Weiden, prepared old dinghies, started the still very popular school sport weeks and has taught a lot. She is the heart of the company.
Her experience and her special empathy make her feel the needs of the customers as well as those of the crew. She has refined this ability in several group dynamics, team building, leadership and management seminars. With intuition she leads the business and determines the direction.

In addition to his mechanical engineering studies, he spent the summers on the water - as a sailing and surfing instructor, regatta sailor and skipper. Shortly before finishing his studies he got to know Uschi...
From then on it went ahead with common strength. He brought in his technical know-how. From this dynamic combination developed the most successful sailing and surfing school in Austria.

Her competence, patience and friendliness creates immediate trust. Since completing her studies in economics, she has been the organizational hub of sail.at KREINDL and is always there for its guests with full attention. Nothing upsets her - no storm, no big event. She is the calm and balance in person.

Julia Kreindl

She has been home on yachts since Maxi Cosi. She lives out her love of detail and her talent for design while studying architecture. Her excellent professional competence is based on 12 years of experience in the school business, on yachts as skipper and as regatta sailor. Her thirst for adventure has also taken her across the Atlantic and the Caribbean. As the sports director of sail.at KREINDL, she is the crystallization point of the young crew.
