Topkat K1

The K1 is the flagship of the Topcat-fleet and is known as one of the fastest catamarans without a centreboard. Topcat emphasizes on a high-tech concept for all its models - you will notice this for a fact especially when it comes to the K1. In our catamaran training it is used by advanced sailors because it is equipped with a gennaker as well.

Activity

Thanks to its size the K1 is optimal for heavy crews. In private lessons the trainer can easily sail with the group as 3rd person. Space in the forecastle prevents undercutting on rear courses. Because it has a plug-in-foldable rudder-system this catamaran can be used at low water levels and is a perfect boat for lake Neusiedl. Its solid design and trim is easy to manage even for leisure-time sailors making it popular for clubs and rental stations. The K1 is used in our catamaran trainings and in the perfection course.
