This course deals with subjects you have to know, in order to lead a yacht. Navigation, wheater, engine, law, safety, navigation with radio and a lot more. This licence allows you to charter yachts on the sea.

The aim of the course is to get the Austrian licence for the Offshorelicence 2 (up to 20 nm) and the Offshorelicence 3 (up to 200 nm). In contrast to foreign licences (like the Croatian Skipper licence) this licence is backed by an extensive and solid education.
